Opportunity at a Glance: Are you cleaning out your classroom? Donate your gently used children’s books to Brooklyn Book Bodega.
Brooklyn Book Bodega is a nonprofit with the mission to increase the number of 100+ book homes for kids 0-18 in NYC. They run on book donations, and as fast as books are donated, they fly off the shelves to kids in local communities.
Please do not donate religious books, textbooks, activity books, encyclopedias, adult books, well-loved or damaged books. They aim for books that a kid in 2026 wants to read.
