Opportunity at a Glance: The Urban Advantage Science Initiative (UA) application opens Monday May 4. Schools accepted into the program will receive high-quality professional learning for teachers and administrators, resources and materials, free access to the 8 UA institutions, along with additional benefits as outlined on this flyer.
The UA initiative is centered on the NYS Science Learning Standards, the Ambitious Science Teaching Framework, and the NYS Culturally Responsive-Sustaining Education Framework and supports all curricular materials.
