Opportunity at a Glance: Apply to undertake a three-credit undergraduate or graduate-level course in research methods (or a related topic), which focuses on scientific reasoning, ethics, and research design and methodology. The course can be completed in the fall, spring, or summer semester and will prepare you to critically evaluate research articles, develop a research hypothesis, and tackle research design and execution issues, with potential value for your future students to develop their own studies. Teachers will also undertake mentored research in neuroscience & psychology labs at Brooklyn College and professional development via colloquiums and 3-credit coursework (graduate tuition provided). Stipend: $3100.
