Opportunity at a Glance: Join Library Services for an intellectually stimulating day where we will examine what is copyright, what is allowable in a classroom under copyright, what are licenses and trademarks, and how are intellectual property right laws playing out in society to benefit those who own the property while also providing flexibility to meet the educational needs of our children and allowing content creators to build on other’s work (with and without payment). Eligible for 5 hours of CTLE credit in pedagogy. Please note: This is not legal advice for educators.

Key dates: Tuesday, December 17; 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
