Open to: STEM Teachers
Opportunity at a Glance: Hudson River Park’s annual Marine Science Festival, SUBMERGE is fully virtual this year on Thursday September 24, 11:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. During SUBMERGE, we will be covering a range of dynamic STEM topics like wildlife, plastic pollution, climate change and more. We will also have guest experts from groups such as the following but not limited to: the Bronx River Alliance, Billion Oyster Project and the BioBus answering questions live. This year, we are inviting students and families to tune in live as a virtual field trip via Facebook Live. If Facebook is a barrier for any educators, we can provide alternative links for students to participate. Learn more at hudsonriverpark.org/submerge
