Opportunity at a Glance: Incorporate mindfulness into daily routines in this two-part workshop with Barrie Allen.  By including these into your daily routine you can benefit from mindfulness even with a packed schedule.  Mindfulness can help you to focus, keep emotions in balance, and boost empathy and compassion. All experience levels welcome including none at all!
