Identify actionable steps you can take to make your classroom more inclusive, and walk away with the skills to do the following:
- Design and choose culturally relevant curricular content;
- Understand components of student identity and apply it to your planning and teaching;
- Create emotionally safe spaces and foster trust among students; and
- Build stronger connections with students by better understanding their lives, backgrounds, and identities.
