Open to: Grades 3-12 Teachers
Opportunity at a Glance: NYCPS teachers are invited to attend this professional learning opportunity where they will be provided with the training, curriculum, and supplies needed to integrate hands-on climate action and renewable energy activities into their coursework. Participating teachers will receive a classroom toolkit containing solar circuit supplies.
Workshops will offer a total of 5 hours of CTLE professional learning credits and eligibility to apply for a free residency by Solar One.
This program is FREE for teachers.
Key dates: All Professional Learning Workshops are from 8:00a.m. – 2:00p.m.
