Opportunity at a Glance: Explore childhood both as lived experience—shaped by such factors as class, ethnicity, gender, geographical region, and historical era—and as a cultural category that adults impose upon children as part of this online Teacher Seminar hosted by the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History and held in partnership with the American Jewish Historical Society. 

This seminar is led by Professor Steven Mintz (University of Texas at Austin) and master teacher Anthony di Battista.
