Opportunity at a Glance: This virtual module will focus on best practices for supporting students of immigrant origin in elementary school classrooms. During this professional learning participants will do the following:
- Learn how to identify possible trauma indicators in our learning communities;
- Explore trauma-informed pedagogical practices, and
- Develop plans to support students and their families.

- Thursday April 24 from 6:00p.m. – 8:30p.m. on Zoom
- Wednesday May 21 from 6:00p.m. – 8:30p.m. on Zoom
- Wednesday May 28 from 6:00p.m. – 8:30p.m. on Zoom
An additional 6.5 total hours of asynchronous group and independent work.
