Opportunity at a Glance: Empower your students to think globally and act locally through the NYC Junior Ambassadors program, a six-month global learning experience from the NYC Mayor’s Office for International Affairs. Educators integrate the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into classroom learning and connect directly with the United Nations community through tours and diplomatic classroom visits.
Key dates: Program runs January–June 2026
Location: Participating classrooms across NYC; program events at the United Nations Headquarters and NYC agencies
