Opportunity at a Glance: Grades K-12 educators are invited to join this two-day professional development conference hosted by the NYC Public Schools Office of Energy & Sustainability in partnership with Teachers College, Columbia University and Subject to Climate.

Select one of five tracks to integrate climate education into your classroom: STEAM, English Language Arts, Social Studies, Math, and additional subjects (Health/Wellness/Arts/Electives).

Additional Conference Details

  • The Climate Institute is two days in-person; you must attend both days.
  • Eligible educators can receive up to $792 in per session.
  • Up to 12 CTLE credits.

Key dates:  Wednesday February 18 and Thursday February 19 from 8:30a.m. – 3:30p.m.
