Opportunity at a Glance: Join the Department of Social Studies and Civics at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) for a full day professional learning session serving as an introduction to the Civics for All initiative for any teacher looking to utilize the NYCPS created curricular resources. During this professional learning session participants will do the following:
- Explore the program design and components of the Civics for All curriculum;
- Consider opportunities for successfully integrating Civics for All into their classroom and school culture;
- Tour various exhibits at the Museum of Modern Art; and
- Learn about resources and program opportunities for students in connection to civics.
