Opportunity at a Glance: The Division of Early Childhood Education (DECE ) has released new asynchronous self-paced professional learning modules in their Advancing Play-Based Learning and Introduction to the Learning Trajectories Approach courses. See below topics covered in both modules.
- Advancing Play-Based Learning course include the importance of play to children’s learning.
- Introduction to Learning Trajectories course include ways to support children’s development in mathematics.
Each module will award CTLE credit, and additional modules will be released throughout the year. These modules can be accessed on ProTraxx via idpcloud.nycenet.edu.
