Open to: Librarians, Teachers Assigned to the Library, Common Branch/Content Area Teachers
Opportunity at a Glance: Dates of the Program are: April 26th, May 3rd, May 10th. Must be approved by applying for the per session posting below and be able to attend all 3 sessions.

The Common Sense Education digital citizenship resources provide tools and frameworks for engaging in civil discourse, in knowing how to address issues like hate speech and how to be a positively contributing member of a community

Participants can earn 10 hours of per session.

Expectations

  • Teach at least 1 digital citizenship lesson (Week of April 26th);
  • Share at least 1 family engagement resource (week of May 3rd); and
  • Apply for Common Sense recognition during the final session on May 10 .

Key dates:  All Sessions Are from 3:30p.m. – 5:00p.m.
