Opportunity at a Glance: This 8-part series will explore research-based reading strategies for multilingual learners and English Language Learners in Grades 4-12 in ENL Standalone and Integrated settings. From teaching decoding strategies in context to giving students the opportunity to practice with challenging texts, each session will introduce a new reading strategy and provide a space for participants to apply the learning to their own teaching practices.
Participants can choose to join the session(s) that they are interested in attending; however, please register so that you can be included in announcements and follow up emails with resources from each session.
