Opportunity at a Glance: Educators are invited to join the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for a virtual professional learning opportunity on the Delaware Aqueduct. Hear from DEP experts about the history of the tunnel, the $1 billion repairs, and the current shutdown that will last several months. After learning about this innovative project, participants will explore water conservation activities and resources to introduce to students.
NY State teachers are eligible for CTLE hours for participating.
