Opportunity at a Glance: Climate Action Days are back for NYC Public Schools, and the suggested date for Waste Climate Action Day is just around the corner on October 20!
The Office of Energy & Sustainability is hosting a virtual training for educators to provide activities, resources, and lesson plans on waste reduction and sorting in your classroom and school. We will cover basics of recycling and composting, and share lessons plans to integrate topics like food waste, material reuse, and circularity into your class.
