Open to: K-5 Grade Bilingual Educators Who Are Using the HMH ¡Arriba la Lectura! Spanish Language Arts Curriculum
Opportunity at a Glance: Participants will work alongside HMH Instructional Coaches to plan for the opening weeks of Back to School 2022-23SY. During this 2-hour session, participants will do the following::
- Familiarize themselves with the ¡Arriba la Lectura! instructional model in conjunction with assessed skills and strategies, priority standards, materials and objectives to make informed planning decisions for the first weeks of school.
- Work in grade-specific breakout sessions to collaborate on lesson planning documentation to use as a guide for next year’s instruction.
Key dates: Wednesday August 3 from 9:00a.m. – 11:00a.m.
